Chase's train of thought re: the Vicodin/House thing was interesting - I liked (and completely identified with) the way he had House confused at first, until the light finally dawned and House understood.

I loved the image of House and Chase in that lovers' clutch, with House's forehead "buried in Chase's shoulder," and Chase's incoherent whisper into House's ear, with House only understanding it because he already knew what Chase wanted to tell him.
