Summary: Patrick Wolf riding a giraffe. Need I say more?

  

The creature below him loped with a grace he himself could never attain, its lanky, fuzzed legs pacing through the London streets high above the ruckus of taxis and lorries, all muddled messes and machines. His giraffe – his tall, yellow giraffe – out-ran them and out-classed them with every step. Patrick grinned as they came upon Parliament. He ran a thin hand down what he could reach of the giraffe’s neck. They made their way carefully up the road. Patrick reached out to graze his hand along Big Ben’s face. He had a feeling most giraffes would not be tall enough to allow for that, but his was. Oh, his was.

The sun began to set in the distance and on his giraffe walked, through the roads, across the bridges, along the Thames. He saw the two of them reflected in the water, set against the backdrop of the day’s dying sun. They passed the Eye and people stared out of their great glass bulbs as the man – no, the boy – passed on his magnificent giraffe. 

Patrick let out a grin. The audience screamed in glee, their many sounds meshing into one great roar of exhilaration. The colored lights pinged off the walls. Sweat gleamed in a myriad of glistening shades against his chest. He gripped the shaft of the mic and gave it everything.

“I am alive.”

also btw, for english, is it symbols for when he's on the hill or why it's symbolic that he's on the hill

And I think it's why it's symbolic that he's on the hill, but you could probably argue it either way. Argh.

okay i did that. even though its kinda a stretch....lol mine is so much crap. but anyways, i managed to make my last chunk related to allie's death so that's good. lol
